Prisma Access Browser Deep Dive and Demo Session

Presented by: Karl-Ettienne St-Pierre - SASE Sales Specialist, Palo Alto Networks

The web browser is now where 85% of work happens, whether accessing your most critical SaaS applications like checking a sales lead or requesting time off. However, most people take for granted the fact that consumer browsers are inherently insecure because they were built to provide access to online information, not to protect you against incoming risks from the sites and apps you are accessing. As a result, 95% of companies have experienced a security incident originating from a browser — further proof that “consumer-grade” tools simply do not protect users against today’s most sophisticated attacks. Attend this unique, session to learn how Prisma Access Browser can enable you and your organization to browse bravely by extending SASE to every user and device, with AI-aware protection powered by Precision AI®, blocking approximately 30 billion attacks and identifying approximately 9 million new threats daily. You’ll see first hand how Prisma Access Browser addresses security gaps by extending zero trust to the browser through an in-depth product demo.

Help Us Pack Technology Kits for Northern Indigenous Communities

Last year at BTEX, we packed 200 ‘Learn on the Land’ kits that were sent to Indigenous children in Northern Canadian communities. This year, we’re aiming to pack 200 more kits with your help! Join us on the second floor at BTEX to pack a technology kit and bring us one step closer to achieving our goal.

This initiative is possible thanks to Ampere (formerly Pinnguaq), a not-for-profit organization based in Nunavut with the mission to work alongside rural, remote, Indigenous and other communities, to support the development of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) skills through innovative technology, art and play.

Ampere has demonstrated how STEAM learning interconnects with land-based teachings and cultural storytelling to promote community-led innovations and sustainability. Ampere and CDW are committed to working collaboratively to bridge the digital gap.
